Step1

Step2
After the machine is running, it is necessary to rewind the empty lock core below in time for later use. Almost two or three consecutive lock core no line, embroidery to the bottom position, you can suspend the machine, all replacement lock core. Then replace the lock core, re-winding.
Step3
One thing you always have to watch out for in this job is broken threads. The intelligent part of the machine is that the light will turn on when the thread is disconnected and the machine will stop automatically. Then, after you have rewired the thread, push the lever and the machine will continue running.
Step4
Keep an eye on whether the embroidery thread is running out. If close to used up, connect it to the source, then pull the new thread out and re-perforate it. If you do not find that the thread is used up, you need to re-perforate, very troublesome. If you make a mistake, the machine will often stop automatically.
Step5
Splints are tiring, too. First， you need to lay a piece of paper on the frame and secure it. Then put the cloth on and secure it. This is done simultaneously with the input data. But you only need to input the data once, this should be in each frame after the patterned embroidery, and re-splint fixed.

Apply line oil and machine oil twice every day, which can help the machine run better, not easy to break the thread, and can improve work efficiency.
